Overview

   MBL hot air furnace is a kind of hot air furnace which takes soft coal as fuel and gets clean hot air by hot purifying. The furnace has such advantages as high efficiency, energy saving, cleanness and environmental protection. Nowadays it is the first choice to replace oil-burning hot air furnace.  

 MBL coal-burning hot air furnace takes MBL coal burner as its technical core, and matches with hot gas purifying chamber. Soft coal is fed into the coal hopper through the coal feeder, the coal at a certain height is delivered by chain grate into the burning chamber of coal burner, and hot semi-coal gas produced by burning coal flows out from one side of coal-burning machine and enters in hot gas purifying chamber. The chamber, where hot semi-coal gas begins secondary burning, is built of fire resistant material.   Particles carried in the gas aggregate and descend in the purifying chamber. Clean hot air at about 1000℃ from purifying chamber mixes into a certain amount of cool air, the mixture at about 650℃ flows into spray tower for drying. Temperature of hot air can be adjustable according to technique. When hot air is supplied continuously, its temperature fluctuates between ±5℃.  Cinder is discharged from the other side of coal burner by tapping machine.

Advantages of MBL coal-burning hot air furnace

1. Hot air is as clean as  that by burning oil, dust content is between 25 to 60 mg/Nm³ 
2. Temperature of hot air can be easily adjustable between 300 to 850℃. When hot air is supplied continuously, its temperature fluctuates between ±5℃. 
3. High security, there is no danger of explosion.
4. Ash is removed once every 2～3 months.
5. Equipment is durable, low cost of operation, easy maintenance.

6. Tail gas meets the demand of environmental protection. No secondary pollution.
