


Operating principle
According to the demand of high temperature and less dusts in furnace, based on traditional combustion methods, MBL coal burner adopts briquette smoke prevention and gasifying principle, improves the construct of fire grate and air inlet.
As the figure shows, raw (soft) coal is delivered into the burning chamber of coal burner by chain grate. Volatile materials in soft coal escape before combustion and burn in gasifying state; the remaining fixed carbon burn out on the fire grate; flue gas combusts with hot air and jets from outlet of coal burner. Cinder is discharged by tapping machine.
MBL coal burner has such characteristicss that combustion temperature is high and stable, coal burns fully, heat efficiency is high; flame length can be adjusted, flame is very clean. It is suitable for different type of furnace, and widely used. The flue gas discharge reaches the standard of environmental protection.

Melting: hot-dip galvanizing furnace gold(silver) smelting furnace aluminum(copper) melting furnace and so on
