Diffusion Cyclone

Operating principle 
 Cyclone operates as follows: air with dusts is led into cyclone from inlet; it turns into the spiral current downwards and outwards. The dusts suspending in the spiral current shifts to the shell by means of centrifugal force, and spiral to the lower part in the cyclone, then be discharged from dust outlet.

Applications and characteristics:  Cyclone is suitable for purging non-adhesive and non-fiber dry powder, of which granularity is larger than 5~10 um. It is a purifying equipment which has such advantages as simple structure, easy operation, high-temperature resistant, low cost, low resistance(80~160mmwg)
Hydrocyclone

Operating principle
 Air with dusts is led into cyclone from inlet and spirals upwards, particles are separated by means of centrifugal force, meanwhile adsorbed by water film flowing in inner wall of cyclone, following the water stream to the bottom of cone, discharged from dust outlet. Water film is formed by spraying the water to cyclone. The kind of hydrocyclone has the advantages of simple structure, low steel consumption, and low water consumption
